By downloading or using DartScore, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Licence
DartScore is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these terms and that EULA disagree, the EULA governs.
2. In-app purchases
The app is free to use for 501 and X01. DartScore Pro unlocks the other game modes, the full statistics, challenges and all badges. Two ways to buy it:
- Lifetime — a one-time purchase. Yours on every device signed in to the same Apple Account, and shareable through Family Sharing.
- Yearly — an auto-renewing subscription. It renews each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
There is no free trial and no introductory offer. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel it.
Refunds are Apple’s to grant, under Apple’s policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Restoring a purchase
Use Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings, signed in to the Apple Account that bought it. Purchases cannot be moved between Apple Accounts.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app for personal, lawful scorekeeping. Do not reverse-engineer it, redistribute it, resell it, or interfere with its operation or its purchase checks.
5. Your data is your responsibility
Everything the app records lives on your device only. We hold no copy and cannot recover anything after a deletion, a device loss or a reset. Keep a device backup if your history matters to you.
6. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Scoring help is a convenience: in competitive play the score of record is the one the players and officials agree on, not the one on the screen.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including lost scores, lost history or lost matches.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
