Where is my data?

On your iPhone or iPad, inside the app's local database. Pawly has no account and no server. It is included in your normal iOS device backup.

How do I move Pawly to a new phone?

Restoring the new phone from an iCloud or computer backup brings Pawly's data along. You can also use Settings > Your data > Export backup on the old device and Import backup on the new one.

Reminders aren't showing up.

Check iOS Settings > Notifications > Pawly and make sure notifications are allowed. Inside Pawly, Settings > Notifications shows the current status. Focus modes and Scheduled Summary can also delay banners.

Smart Scan read the wrong date.

It happens with faded or handwritten certificates. Every scan goes to a review screen first; correct the value there before saving. Better light and a flat angle help.

How many scans are free?

Three. Pawly Plus makes Smart Scan unlimited, along with unlimited pets, PDF exports, and custom reminder windows.

How do I cancel Pawly Plus?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Pawly, and tap Cancel. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.

I bought Plus on another device.

Open Pawly > Settings > Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account.

Which vaccines should my pet get and when?

Pawly suggests common vaccines and typical intervals, but only your vet can tell you what your pet needs. Treat the app's defaults as a starting point.

Can I share a pet with my partner?

Not yet. Today you can export a backup and import it on their device, or share the PDF health summary. Shared households are on the roadmap.
