Effective 17 September 2026
By downloading or using Pawly you agree to these terms. They are short because the app is simple.
Pawly is a personal organizer for pet health information: vaccines, records, reminders, documents, and spending. It is a record-keeping tool, not a veterinary service.
Pawly does not provide veterinary or medical advice. Vaccine schedules, booster intervals, and reminder suggestions shown in the app are general defaults. Vaccination requirements vary by animal, region, and history. Always confirm dates and treatments with a licensed veterinarian. Health summaries and emergency cards generated by Pawly are not official medical documents.
Smart Scan reads documents on your device and suggests values. It can misread names, dates, or amounts. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before saving it.
You own everything you enter. Pawly stores it only on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (for example through iCloud device backup or the in-app export). Pawly cannot recover data that was deleted from your device.
Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app. Do not use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Pawly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawly and its developer are not liable for any loss, including missed vaccinations, misread documents, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
These terms may be updated; the current version is always available at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
