The short version. Your scans, your 3D room models and your measurements stay on your iPhone. There is no account. We cannot see your home, your network name, or where you live.

This information is written to the app's private storage area on your iPhone. It is not uploaded, and deleting the app removes all of it permanently.
To measure throughput, the app downloads a block of test data from Cloudflare's public speed measurement endpoint. This is an ordinary internet request. It reveals your IP address to Cloudflare in the same way visiting any website does. No information about your home, your scans or your network is included.
If you write a suggestion or send us a video link from inside the app, the message you typed is delivered to us by email through a third-party form relay (FormSubmit). It is sent only when you press Send. Alongside your message we include the answers you gave during setup — your home type, your WiFi setup, the speed you pay for and what you have already tried — so a suggestion arrives with enough context to act on. Your name is included only if you chose to give one. Nothing is sent if you never press Send.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. We receive only a confirmation from Apple that a purchase is active on your Apple Account.
Used to build the 3D model of your room through the LiDAR scanner. No photographs or video are recorded or stored.
Apple only reveals the name of the WiFi network you are connected to, and which access point you are on, to apps that have location access. That is the only reason the app asks. Your geographic position is never stored, never transmitted, and is not used for any other purpose.
Used to measure the round trip to your own router, and to list devices that publicly announce themselves on your network. The app reads only the names those devices already broadcast. It does not connect to them, log in to them, or send them anything.
The app contains no third-party analytics, no advertising identifiers and no tracking of any kind. It does not build a profile of you and it has nothing to share with anyone, because it collects nothing to share.
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, regardless of age.
Because your survey data never leaves your device, the fastest way to erase it is to delete a scan in the app or delete the app itself. If you have sent us a message and would like it deleted, contact us at the address below and we will remove it.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what the app collects, the date at the top of this page will change and the update will be noted in the app's release notes.
